Ancona maintains two main websites that parents sometimes interact with.
My Ancona & Anconaschool.org
The main school website, anconaschool.org is updated with all of the information you might need as a parent or community member. under the My Ancona heading, you will find links specifically useful to you as a parent, including parent news, calendar, guidelines and health forms, and blogs. You don’t need a password to access anconaschool.org.
My Classrooms, allows teachers to share dynamic classroom pages with both parents and students. Among other features, it lists upcoming homework assignments, shares classroom announcements, displays classroom photos and even allows older students to turn in homework online. My Classrooms is updated constantly by the teachers so that you can keep close tabs on what is happening in all your child(ren)’s classrooms throughout the year.
As part of your Ancona “on-boarding” process, you should receive login credentials to My Classrooms. Parents will use the username and password sign in on the right side of the login screen, while teachers and students use the one on the left. If you don’t know your password, you can click the “Forgot your password?” button which will trigger the system to send a password reset link to your email address.
- Our Family Directory is accessible via a protected link (you must authenticate via My Classrooms to access the family directory link)
- The My Registrar site is being phased out. It once held our Annual Information Refresh, which is now retired. Moving forward, required information will be entered or verified directly on the online student contract. Note that our online donation portal is still housed on this site, but logging in is not required.

No. The school database that populates the family directory and other systems does not directly link to My Classrooms. To update your information, please send an email to *protected email* with the adjustments or contact the front desk.
At http://www.anconaschool.org/calendar, you will find links to subscribe via Google Calendar or iCal formats. The iCal format generally works for calendar applications such as iCal, Outlook, and Thunderbird. If you already use Google Calendar, it is convenient to add the Ancona Events calendar to your list of calendars. To do so, just click the “+ Google Calendar” link at the bottom-right hand corner of the Google Calendar display..
No – folks such as grandparents and caregivers can view the calendar with ease. Certain events may only be available to parents, so in these cases the event registration link would require a parent to log in to register.
