Thank you for your interest in Ancona! Please fill out this form to start the admissions application process. You can expect to receive a follow-up email within a few days with detailed instructions on how to set up an account in our online portal, My Ancona, and fill out the admissions application. 

The email that you provide below will be used as your My Ancona login. We recommend using a Google (Gmail or Google Workspace) or Apple (iCloud) account so that you can take advantage of the Single Sign-On feature.

If there is a second parent/guardian in your family, it is important to include their email address as well.
